I had a wonderful experience at Forward Dental! From the moment I walked in the door everyone was kind, professional, helpful and pleasant! Dr McCaley was awesome! She was very thorough & informative. Excellent “bedside” manner! The dental assistant who took my X-rays was fantastic! She was professional but funny & kind & made certain I was comfortable! I highly recommend them!

These reviews are not just disgruntled customers. This place is complete crap. Not professional. Terrible bedside manner. Incompetent dentists. They removed a 3-rooted molar and didn't put in any bone graft paste. Now, it's a complete crapshoot whether or not I'll be able to grow enough bone mass in its place to be able to get a dental implant. Avoid them.

READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU MAKE/KEEP AN APPOINTMENT!
They are incompetent, apathetic, and corrupt in every facet of their business. They have zero integrity. From their front desk people - to the dentists - to the "Practice Manager". This is not hyperbole! I could literally right a short novel on the many ways they wronged me at every level of their organization.
I won't write out everything, but just bullet point some of my issues:
- They canceled 3 appointments for one procedure pushing it back 2 months
- Dentist was in a hurry hitting me in the face over and over with her tools
- They messed up my filling causing me to come in again and without explanation or giving me options the dentist did what she wanted without letting me get a second opinion
- Charged my credit card with someone else's very expensive procedure causing me to over withdraw my account
- Dentist being very rude to her assistant and making it obvious that she was in a hurry to get my procedure over with.This causing unneeded stress and made me afraid to tell her how much pain I was experiencing.
- "Practice Manager" laughed at me when I explained my concerns with her and overall could not care less that her practice was treating patients so poorly
These are just some of the things. I just don't want to waste more of my time.
Please, look at my other reviews. They are almost entirely positive because I don't like wasting my time with bad business's. I typically brush off bad experiences because I give the benefit of the doubt that everyone has a bad day. But Forward Dental is having a bad existence. People need to know how terrible they are!
The individuals who work there have no passion and couldn't care less about any person who comes in their front door. They should be ashamed of themselves that they don't benefit the community they work in and run a practice with no integrity. I was taken advantage of and it looks like I am not the only one as you can read the other reviews.
So please. For yourself, your family, and the community don't patronize this disgraceful practice. Our community deserves better than these indolent, negligent, and dishonest group of people that call themselves Forward Dental.

I took my son there, because of pain and they made me feel "less than." I have never been insulted by anyone or a business before and my son gets a cavity on a baby tooth and all the sudden I am treated like I am the worst Mom EVER!!! They also kept misquoting me on the cost of his services... First they said it was $97 to crown a cavity and then I came back on the next appt. and it went to $157, so since my son was in pain I agreed to pay it. Then when it came time to pay them they hit me with a $237 bill. They couldn't even explain to me why it was so high. However the dentist (I think it was Dr.Cesar Gonzalez) was amazing with him, but the customer service sucked and the dental assistants weren't the best either. They had no compassion, or sympathy.
Beware they charge $1 per minute on same day cancellations. So of you have a 30 minute appt. they will charge you $30 to cancel. They require a 24hr. Cancellation notice.
