I absolutely love coming to Bay View Dental Care and always leave a more than happy patient. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always answers any questions I may have. For anyone who gets nervous about going to the dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Krol because of the relaxing atmosphere she creates. From the gentle music playing in the background to her persona, I always know I am in good hands. Her work is precise and perfect and I could not have found a better dentist for the many dental issues I was having before coming to Bay View Dental.

Been going here for a little over a year. Can’t remember why I even picked this place other than it’s close to home. After not having any dental insurance for over a decade I needed a bunch of stuff done. After the first visit I started to develop a good dr, staff, client relationship. Dr Burchs is always sure to keep you comfortable as possible. Recently I had a crown put on. They went out of their way to make sure it was perfect. The place the use to make the crowns was also very good, and went out of their way to take the time to make sure it was perfect. I believe they all take pride in their work. I would recommend bayview dental to anyone in the area.

I want to thank all of the great people at Bay View Dental Care for your excellent service in regards to my Mom's new smile. Ann at reception was extraordinary with all of our billing questions and took the time to walk us through her statements and ways to help us to save a bit of money. My Mom's Dentist, Jayne M. Matt D.D.S., was super through the process as were each of her great Dental Hygienists. I would recommend Bay View Dental for your dental care. I have not seen my Mom smile this big in 30 years and have never seen her so happy to smile again. It brought tears to her eyes when she walked out of the office today. Thank you all for your wonderful care. Here's to a great smile!

The staff itself is very helpful and work fast. They were happy to accommodate some last minute changes I made with regards to my root canal. That being said, they made no effort to tell me when my insurance was maxed out, nor did they offer their supplemental insurance until I asked for it. All of which would've been a little annoying but unavoidable, had they not then decided to do another $400's worth of work I neither asked for or knew I was getting until it was too late. I have to question the ethics behind such a practice. If I went to a dermatologist, say, because I was worried about a mole and they did stellar work on the mole but then also removed $400s worth of skin tags without telling me, I would feel obligated not to pay. It left a bad taste in my mouth is what I'm saying. And the money I was conned out of was going to be spent on buying toys for underprivileged children.

I have been seeing Dr. Krol for 20 years now. I always had many problems with my teeth and it is thanks to Dr. Krol that they are in such a great state. It is really a pleasure going to a dentist that you trust so much.
