My fiancé and I are very low maintenance customers. However, we had a couple of simple questions that weren't answered. We felt like the staff was not interested in our presence. They spent time talking to one another and never asked us how we were doing. We spent two hours at the bar and were greeted once when we flagged someone down. There were four employees present and another couple at the bar- that was all. This bar has a lot of potential only to be down graded by the inattentive customer service. A Friday night felt like a Monday night.

Worse place to eat ever. I had to stand up to get the menus because no one went to my table.... then come back to the bar to order food. I ask for 3 plates and 2 beverages, repeating my order to 2 different waiters a total of 4 times. 
Only to somehow get 5 plates. I had to bring the card machine myself to the table so my friend could pay and then bring it back to rhe bar.
On top of that when we received the extra plates and we told the waiter perhaps there was a misunderstanding, the waiter had the nerve to tell us that "if we realized it was too much food when it came to the table, it wasnt his fault". Implying that we were trying to cheat him some how.then he took the 2 extra plates and by the way...we Never got our money back. 
If i could give minus 10 stars I would... worst service ever in my life.... 
Do not go to this place.. at least not to eat.

Very rude staff. Especially in bowling section. Equipment frequently malfunctions with no update and you are left wondering to your imagination when will you go next. Would never return to this place or recommend to anyone

Excellent service, cosy atmosphere. Interesting idea with the coupons.

This place is bad .... bowling gears are from the 80' its super pricy and you constently have to call service for help because everything keeps breaking up. Never coming back !!!
