So this is three stars because it’s not modernized, the shoes look as old as I am, the atmosphere is very down, the feed at the restaurant is beyond sub par.nA lot of money to play a round of big ball bowling. But it’s always nice to do it once in a while when the weather is not so nice outside.nThe restaurant fries are typical cheap frozen fries and expensive with a small portion.nOrders a hot chicken sandwich. Room temp, white bread with barely enough gravy - which in this case is good because the gravy was not tasty at all, and there was about 8 tiny pieces of old chicken between the bread - meaning I basically had cheap white bread and gave with a dash of shitty chicken for like &20. Massive rip-off for this food.nWARNING DO NOT EAT THE RESTAURANT FOOD EXCEPT FOR THE POOR QUALITY OVER PRICED FRENCH FRIES IF YOU ARE DARING AND DESPERATE!nService at the restaurant was poor. Person could not or refused to communicate in English. Not anglophone customer friendly. On the other side of the story was the very nice and bilingual clerk at the bowling and shoe service who was a pleasure to be served by.nAt the end of the day there is a lost operating here. Ownership should look to various US markets where bowling alleys have been reinvigorate with a modern take that is cool for all ages to hang and enjoy. It’s a great location and could be a huge revenue opportunity but management is clearly uninterested, unable to invest or not willing to have the insight to invest in what could be a fantastic new place to go and be entertained.

Nice bowling and billiards club overall. It’s a good place to hang out and have fun, though the interior feels a bit outdated.nOne thing I really liked is that in the billiards area you can play music for free using a tablet, which was a great touch.nThere are also various arcade games available, adding more entertainment options.nOverall, a solid place for a fun night out.

This place is like stepping back in time... its the early 90s all over again. Small balls and big balls all under the same roof. Arcades as well. Its a fun afternoon spent for all ages

Inaccurate information given by phone, then constant little things throughout the evening.nnDespite having taken the full package, they refused to serve us tap water in our coke cups, just trying to upsell us on more junk.nnJust an altogether lack of courtesy.

Saint-Jacques street Bowling offers a great experience with plenty of bowling lanes and reasonable prices. While the facility is slightly dated, it’s well-maintained, and the bowling shoes provided are relatively new and comfortable. There’s free parking, and the location is convenient, close to Highway 20. The venue also features a snack bar, an arcade, and a billiard hall, adding variety to the activities. The staff were friendly and provided clear instructions. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a fun outing, earning an 8/10!
