This fortinos is alright, but has its flaws. I went recently with a family member to do light shopping and grab a bite to eat. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich from the sandwich bar and was utterly disappointed because of the lazy put together and the lack of products IN the sandwich, the lettuce was soggy and almost rubber like, the chicken is so hard to bite through to the point where it hurts my jaw, and the bun is deflated to no end. The only way I could make this anyway enjoyable is to add my own stuff from home and replace the food given to me..very dissatisfying. But the costumer service was great nonetheless.
This local grocery retailer is a gem! Their early morning hours starting at 7AM make it incredibly convenient for a quick and efficient shopping experience. Especially since I’m an early morning shopper! What sets them apart is the exceptional quality of their baked goods—fresh, delicious, festive, and a perfect start to the day and special occasions! See my Super Bowl cake pic attached! The friendly staff and well-stocked shelves make this my go-to spot. Highly recommend for both the early birds and those in search of top-notch baked treats!
The halal rotisserie chicken is a great option for a family meal. Glad I found an option in Brampton as I cannot enjoy the Costco one. Sadly the rating drop is due to the mix in customer service in the place. There are amazing staff like Claudia and her team at the chicken counter whereas I have experience some rude staff at the coffee and pizza counter. Also experienced another customer told to 'get lost' and 'get out of my face' when the counter girl on the pizza counter was in the wrong paid the customer incorrect change and told her to go to another part of the store to collect remaining change. I was appalled to witness such a rude behavior. The server was clearly having a bad day and she took it out on a nice lady. I personally also was rudely shunned off at the Cafe for keeping my bags on the counter when I was paying.nnI hope management seriously looks into this as this is quite frequent and are incidences in my last few visits.
When need the most quality food , this is the place to go. Has noodle bar , sushi bar , coffee shop , pizza store , soup cornet , flower shop. You say it and everything is amazing . Place is spot clean and huge. Fruits and veggies are always fresh and lasts longer
The staff at the store are fabulous was looking for liquid smoke had one of the managers help me with that he literally walked the store to find it with me he certainly went above and beyond to look after me. The produce manager there is also fabulous if you ever ask for help you always goes out of his way to get you what you need will never hesitate to go to the back and look for things. The same can be said for all staff and managers at this location I've always been impressed with the service. Thank you to everyone
