Great customer service.

What an unpleasant experience. Forgot my order twice and I only got things moving again after phoning and chasing up each time. They changed my order without asking and argued with me over the phone leaving me feeling very uncomfortable about returning to collect my orthotics. I had to return them after this as they were very poorly and incorrectly trimmed. An experience I never want to repeat and wouldn't wish on anyone else.
