Went in on Saturday after no luck at another shoe store. Immediately was helped, the whole process took maybe 10 minutes start to finish. I now forget the older ladies name who assured me but holy man, does she know her stuff! She was so polite and funny and extremely helpful!! I’ve never had such a good experience than I have with her!! Shelly, Sheila? She’s amazing!! 11/10 recommend stopping in to see her. If I could give Dawson’s a million star review because of her, I would!!
From the time we walked into the store until the time we walked out we were treated rudely I will never step foot into that store again and will never recommend that store to anyone very rude , no customer service skills, and overpriced I give this shoe store no stars, no wonder they are never busy
I usually only leave good reviews, but my experience at this store was not pleasant at all. I was looking very forward to getting a new pair of birkenstock sandals. The 2 ladies working at the time were very rude to me and basically belittled me. I was nothing but kind... This would be a great store if the workers treated everyone with kindness and respect and were a little less judgemental. Please be kind : it makes such a difference.
Went in on July 28 2022 and had an amazing experience from the staff. We had just had an awful experience elsewhere and this was so different. They were informed and fast with service. They were friendly and kind ..they went above and beyond for us.. The shoes are great! Thank you for being what a store should be.
Visited Dawsons Shoes after receiving poor customer service in another shoe store in the mall. The staff were very attentive, and helped me find the right shoe with the right support. I couldn’t me more happy with the way I was treated.
Walked in and was greeted by Jane. Jane was very knowledgeable, friendly and a great sales lady. 5 star experience and will return when I need new shoes or boots. Thank you for your help

My experience was amazing here! Didn't wait at all for assistance, and the manager that helped me was delightful! She gave me all my options and grabbed all the boxes from the top shelf so I could make an informed decision. She didn't force me into anything and was so great when I was talking about price. Will not go to another shoe place in North Bay! Beyond happy!
The people here are always very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They care about your needs and genuinely work to find solutions instead of just trying to make a quick sale. It's the kind of business that I feel good shopping at and want it to stick around.
Was looking to purchase a pair of Birkenstocks that I saw on their website however the lady who served me was rude and condescending. She treated me as if I didn't know what shoes I was talking about or wanted, so I showed her on the website the pair I wanted, she then stated in a rude manner that she didn't know why they were on the website cause they don't have them in their store. I decided right then that I wasn't purchasing from there after that. I will order online from Birkenstock directly, skipping the rude service.
