Foodland - Elmvale

Don't ever expect to get a roasted chicken here. It appears they make like 5 a day. And if you arrive after 4pm. You're not get to get one. And they have no interest at all in changing things. Customer satisfaction is not a priority.

Other foodlands are open at 7am. This store doesnt match up with my work schedule at all. Unfortunately, you wont see me coming here

I go here everyday and I am never disappointed by my time in the store. Food prices are crazy everywhere right now, so it's important that customers have an immersive experience for value perception. Karen is my favorite!! She is smart, poised and genuine. Great store!

I have not likely experienced better customer service from any retailer in ssssooooo long! I did everything over the phone because I am in Barrie. I was ordering all the party trays for my son's party that was close to this location. Every single person I spoke with was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so helpful, directing to the correct departments and ensuring we had exactly what we were looking for.nThey explained every option over the phone and were more then accommodating with any request we had!nThe food was beyond fresh and delicious. And they took payment over the phone to make pick up super easy!!!nHonestly, the most amazing food and service ever! You need to try their trays! Fruit, veggie, food, sweets, baked goods.......it's all AMAZING!!!!!

If you want to get deli meat, don't bother going to the counter unless it's hours before they close. Went the other night at 7pm deli closes at 8 and was openly ignored by the deli staff.nShe looked at me twice, saw me standing there waiting, and went to the other end to move around the hot food. Completely ignoring me. Absolutely ridiculous.nThis isn't even a one off, this is the 3rd time it's happened.nAnother time there wasn't even anyone there amd it was 6:30pm
