Just had my first appointment with Fonthill Laser Hair Removal and it was a wonderful experience. Clean and comfortable environment and Burgandy is awesome at what she does. I had laser hair removal as well as laser for spider veins. Both treatments were virtually pain free which was amazing. I can’t wait to see my results!!
Finally a laser hair removal place that gets real results. After getting lasered at a different place and not seeing results, they actually suggested I come to Fonthill Laser because Burgundy has a better machine. I wish I would have found Fonthill Laser sooner and not wasted my money somewhere else! Apparently the type of laser matters and I didn’t know that before. Burgundy was thorough and informative. Great place! The location is clean, personable and gives off a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is amazing, they are really nice and courteous to their clients. They also accommodate very well to their client's schedule and even give appointment reminders! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking to do a cosmetic procedure such as laser hair removal.
What an incredible salon! Burgandy and her team truly make you feel special and give every client the time at every appointment. I started laser being very sceptical , I keep going back because IT WORKS ! I look forward to all my Appointments because the staff is so friendly and make you feel very comfortable ! I completely recommend this salon!
My first time going to this Laser removal about early 2019....a bit pricey. So on a single budget I gave it a try. Only had one session - signed the waiver - which I wasn't aware of cancellation fees- and they wanted me to book another appointment. I told them money was tight and I couldn't afford the $90 sessions. Last text message I sent out Feb. 2019. So I decided to find someone else that was within my budget to have laser hair removal. I received a text Sunday Oct. 26th confused thinking it was the one I am attending now...she messages me every end of month too book for the beginning of the month. I accepted the appointment not realising it was Fonthill Laser...for 9.30. I get a message telling me I could come now. So I head out...looking up the address I message the affordable laser removal and ask for her address . ..I message back FLR that I had the appointment mixed up with someone else.... Pure confusion on my part. Not very understanding on their part. And now telling me that I have to pay a $30 cancellation fee??? I understand I signed a waiver - but this was pure confusion. I haven't heard from them since Feb. 2019. They contacted me for which I would never have done. I would not recommend this place as they are not very understanding, especially when they reached out to me.
I’ve had 2 appointments so far, and I’m already seeing amazing results the atmosphere is so nice and relaxing!! I’m looking forward to my next appointment.
