I've been going to Great Clips for a couple of years but only just found out there's a senior rate. Is this rate displayed in the salon? I don't remember seeing it. And given that I'm just a few months short of 80 – why didn’t the hairdresser ask if I was a senior. I'm stunningly youthful looking but not by 15 years. Think I'll give future visits a miss.
Always like coming to this place Went today for a haircut. Stylist smelled of bad order and she was very rough. Almost ripped my earrings out twice. Very rough with the comb. My head hurt afterwards. Will go back but will ask for someone else.
My daughter came out looking like Peewee Herman instead of having a cute pixie cut. My fault...this happened the last time too. Shouldn't have gone back.Service: Kids' cuts

Idk why but I felt that they are too quick in giving haircuts and the haircuts aren't that great. Friendly staff and clean shop.
Online booking was a breeze. I liked that feature a lot. Nice to go in and only wait a couple minutes. My stylist was friendly and was very good at giving me a head massage while washing my hair. The cut was great. Overall experience awesome. I was visiting my daughter, so I am not in the area, but I recommended she try this salon.
Didnt really listen to what I wanted. Asked for all one length, blunt, simply just cutting 1-2inches off of what I had. I then received some layering and “texturing” to get a style I did not want nor did they ask if I wanted. I have very thin hair so I like to maintain the weight of my hair at the ends. Took clippers to the back of my head without asking. Applied high heat with a blowdryer without asking. Very rough with the blow drying and combing. Stylist was nice but didn’t seem too concerned about what I was looking for- just did what she thought and dismissed me when I stated I didn’t want what she was doing. Ask questions or for reference photos before you do things because I now don’t have enough hair for anyone to even fix this. Won’t be returning.Service: Hairstyling
Taken my kids here multiple times now. Great experience each time! They're great with kids. Love that the website shows you how long the wait is so we can decide whether or not to even try to go at that time. The no- appointment style works for us! We'll be back again soon.
Had a regular hair cut using scissors. After measuring with a comb, the hairdresser cut my hair shorter than I wanted and expected according to the written instructions.
