Flying J Travel Center

While we're on the road traveling back and forth in between Quebec and Ontario this is our go to place to stop. Always clean through out the entire inside including the rest rooms and the facilities attached. There is snacks, pizzas, coffee, premade subs, polite servers that are welcoming and very helpful if aid is required. A gift shop and also automotive parts, gloves, and other items that can get you out of a jam. All that and more. My wife and I will stop to refresh our selves and stretch our legs while the patrons are always willing to help. BTW, gas prices are also very good compared to the Quebec side. Stop, gas up, shop around, walk around, loads of parking and a few places to eat as well. A very welcoming clean place. Enjoy, Mega and my sweety.

Staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The system they had in place to get a shower has a lot to be desired.nnWent to my shower area and it was already in use. The staff apologized and got me a different shower - my passcode wouldn’t work - and it was less than five minutes after I purchased it. The manager had to use a key to let me enter. From what I could understand, they were having problems with their computer system.nnThe shower area was acceptable, but needed some fixing. The secondary lock was broken. The shower head had to held with one hand to redirect the water. The sink could have been cleaner. As well, while I was towelling down, I heard a key go into the door. I asked in a loud voice, “Can I help you?” The man on the other side assuming it was the cleaner said sorry - he thought I was done.nnThe water was nice and hot and the towels were fresh and clean. Other than the necessary repairs, the rest can be chalked up to Murphy’s Law for a staff that were having a tough day.

Was just currently at the location. Walk inside to see a young lad behind the counter. Go to ask if there's a ATM around. Completely ignored. Then a young girl tells the the male to get out from behind the counter. Me puzzled ask the male again about a ATM. He then questions me why. What do I need a ATM for. I can just transfer him the money. Firstly who are you to question me as to why I'm looking for a ATM. Secondly who do you think you are saying to just transfer you my money thirdly your not even a employee so why are you even behind the counter? Need better management and responsible professional workers at this location!

My fuel card wasn't working and asked manager Priyanka to authorise using manual which she refused to do cos of company policy.nI asked her to do voice authorization and excused it's gona take ages on phone so let me do the manual.nTo cover up her embarrassment, she gave me warning it's last time I'm doing it.nTold her being nice doesn't coast you anytime and it's your job to find solution as a manager.nShe was offended telling me you never know if someone is going through alot.nI'd recommend Priyanka do not come to work in certain days of the month so drivers will not go through alot because of you.

Cool staff, clean showers, plenty of gas pumps with tons, and tons of space for big trucks. Drivers lounge is decent and includes massage chairs. Store includes everything you would need, plus truck accessories. Bluetooth, CB's parts and other large truck told and equipment. They also got some warm good up by the counter. Even got some cool souvenirs, mugs key chains, magnets, stuffed animals. Highly recommended if you need gas, food, something you forgot or a bathroom break.
