I want the cream on the side so it doesn't make my coffee cold before I'm ready to drink it. They charge me .55 for that and I complained. Chelsea doesn't want to hear my complaint, says they won't change it and was rude about it. Just right it down in your imaginary typewriter and be polite. First time i ever experienced poor customer service at a flying j Like I want to complain and express my opinion without a friggin argument over it and being told, 'that's your opinion". Doesn't the customer's opinion matter, even if you don't ever change your policy??!? Daunting request to buy a bag of creamers when we drop thousands on diesel. Learn some manners Very disappointing. You know, Chelsea, who reviewed below, if you can still find factory work if you don't want to be nice to people. Or maybe it was just an off day.

Los baños están Limpios y la tienda tiene lo que necesito , por el contrario el restaurante Dennys muy mala calidad de servicio nunca hay el plato que uno desea es decir solo hay T bones y el personal parece estar bravo cuando uno pide el postre , realmente muy caro para la calidad precio.
