Nice bunch of lad’s who looked after me. A quite busy place but when you’re seen there’s no rushing you about. Nothing was too much trouble and the sale was smooth. No silly jargon usually associated with this kind of business. Even helped me with getting the car home. Exactly how a busy business should be run. Thanks guys
Done service and MOT. Guys quickly found replacement parts and also changed my tyres to complete the test. Everything is done in one place in one go and reasonably priced. Really appreciated
People are friendly, but I have to say they are not qualtified or skilled enough to repair cars. My car was there for more than one week and cost nearly £700, but the problem is still there. I have to send my car to another garage. I donn't know where to complain them, if I can find, I will surely complain and ask for refund. Add after the reply: the truth is that my car still has the same porblem even after I trusted you and sent my car to your garage again. You released my car after one week saying it was ok, but it was not reparied and I have to send it back to you for another repair, you still didn't fix it. Now I have to find another garage to fix it, this is my first time to repair the car at Oxford, I never experienced such unhappy thing when attending other garages before. I am not saying you do nothing on it, the key thing is that you should solve your customer's problem, we are not experts, we donnot have knowledge if some repairs are essential, but we paid, you should fix it. No one is willing to waste time here to complain, but this is really an upset experience, I have to suspect your skills.
I went for oil change and all the filters done and i have the receipt as well and they didn't change the filter or the oil as after 2.5k miles driven the oil it's thick as honey and nearly broke my car if i didn't send it to another mechanic to have a look for something else so be careful everyone
Had an MOT here for the first time. Very pleased with fast, friendly and professional service :
Took car along with knocking sound from NS front wheel, car was in for two weeks, eventually told I need 2 new REAR shocks. Questioned whether this was definite as sound was definitely front. Advised that yes it should solve the problem. Car collected & £600 spent, noise still noticeable. Then took car to another garage, 2 hours later they confirm the front shocks need replacing as one was actually leaking, another £650 and the cars finally fixed. To add insult to injury, my car was damaged whilst with them, obviously one knew how it had occured. Eventually they agreed to pay £100 towards repair of damage and despite messaging it's never been forthcoming, plus car was left with keys inside whilst parked up outside another unit on the estate. Maybe I was unlucky but definitely felt ripped off.
I recently purchased a car from them, they bent over backwards to accommodate for me I was a bit skeptical because of the mixed reviews on here, but friendly service, promised to keep in contact and even managed to deliver the car to my home address out of hours, I’m happy with the service I received and the constant communication.
