I cannot recommend the team at Floyd’s in Hampton enough. I recently purchased a full suite of GE and Café appliances Range, Fridge, Dishwasher, and Hood, and from start to finish, the experience was incredible.nnThe Sales Experience: They were fantastic at helping me navigate the 'Buy More, Save More' promotions to get exactly the setup I wanted at a great price.nnThe Installation The Real Test: This is where Floyd’s truly shines. We had some significant challenges with our flooring that made installing and leveling the dishwasher a nightmare, but the installation team was patient, professional, and stayed with it until it was absolutely perfect. They didn’t just 'drop and go'. They made sure everything was functional and aesthetically spot on.nnThe Delivery & Follow-up: The delivery crew was careful and efficient with the haul-away of my old units. When we discovered a minor issue with the range hood, they didn't skip a beat. They handled the replacement immediately, and the final piece was installed today without a hitch.nnSales, delivery, and installers: every single person I dealt with was amazing and went above and beyond. If you’re in the Saint John area, do yourself a favor and go to Floyd’s. They turn the stress of a kitchen renovation into a great experience!

We had placed appliance orders with big box stores and got burned. Had lost 4 days of work waiting on orders from 2 of the big box stores 2 attempts with one then switched to another and basically the same experience. Twice they were no shows without any notifications. Twice received damaged severely damaged appliances. The customer service was horrible and slow. We reached out to Floyds, 2 of the appliances were in stock and had to order the 3rd item. We requested that all items be unboxed and inspected before leaving their store and they agreed to do so. They reached out the day before delivery and stated everything was unboxed, inspected and ready for delivery. And was instructed that if there are any issues even so much as a minor scratch to reach out and they would make it right. Items arrived the next morning in great condition. The delivery team was great. The refrigerator doors had to be removed to fit through the doorways. They brought everything inside without issues, re assembled the refrigerator and went over the operations of all the appliances. Definitely would buy from them again!!! They certainly know the meaning of customer service!!

I had about the best experience you can have. I went to Floyd’s after hearing good things, the staff was super friendly and my new dishwasher was installed in less than 24 hours. The installer was amazing to deal and really helpful.

Many thanks to Floyd's. We were out of province and my daughter called me to say freezer wasn't working. I called and they delivered a freezer the same day . Our freezer was full ,without Floyd's we would have lost it all. Thanks so much
