Flowers Galore

I had a very poor experience trying to book this florist for my wedding. When I initially called the shop the staff was not knowledgeable of what they offered for wedding services. The owners were not friendly and not helpful in assisting me with options and pricing even though they said they were available for my wedding date. They didn't have any pictures of their previous wedding work. I was being friendly and clear with what I wanted, although I am not an expert in flowers so I could only go so far. This experience was unfortunate as I would have loved to book someone local.

This lovely little store has everything!!! The staff are so kind and the flowers are so beautiful. They are very accomadating in most requests. I have never left there empty handed as there is always new things in store. Keep up the great work!!!!

Absolutely fabulous! I don't live in Kimberley so I couldn't go in to see what I wanted to buy (to have sent). Sue was amazing! I emailed pictures, we discussed and worked for a price in my budget that still got me what I had wanted, and it went out on the same day. I am thrilled with my experience with Flowers Galore and highly recommend them to anyone!
