Safeway Cranbrook Mall

I stopped by to exchange my US dollars to Canadians. The staff wasn't too friendly and a lot of the prices were the same. It took about 20 minutes to get assistant when all they wanted me to do was buy something in order to get my money exchanged, fair enough, but the cashier's attitude was very rotten even though I was trying to be super nice! No one was at customer service and the person that worked at customer service that day just kept staring at me instead of asking, "how can I help you?" It was awkward!

Great selection of fresh salads, flowers, fresh donuts, cakes, they make sandwiches, have ready made foods( BBQ chickens, turkey, meatloaf ) ...plus they have a Starbucks 😁

Selection is typically good, but the front end service sucks. Cashiers aren't friendly and have no desire to help. Customer service is non existant. Stood there one more than one occasion and was totally ignored. Must be a union store otherwise I'd be firing more than one. Where's management and why do they allow this to continue??!!

Items easy to find and store well stocked. Self-checkout has worked flawlessly on my last five visits making for a quick and hassle-free shopping experience.

This is one of my favorite places to shop in Cranbrook, & they have an excellent price for chicken lunch/ snack, & have an indoor area to eat - also an outdoor area to eat, or have a smoke. Store is clean & organized, with friendly staff.
