We ordered few flower arrangements to be delivered on a specific date. The recipients got what we ordered, on time. With that, the place offers delivery of non-store items which is very convenient as we combined the flower arrangements with other couple items to be delivered together. Nothing but good things to say about this lovely store! This has been my go-to for various different occasions, and they have been able to accommodate my needs and wants and deliver exactly what I picture in my head. All the staff have been very kind and caring. I would definitely recommend Flower Trends for any occasion and I will definitely be returning in the future.

So this was about 2 years ago, I wanted to get flowers for my boyfriend's grandma's birthday here because I was looking for something more unique than roses but didn't wanna break budget as a student with no cash flow - which is really easy to do at this store. When I came into the store, I couldn't find anyone working there until I approached the front counter. The entire time I was addressed as "sweetie" and "honey". As I was choosing the flowers I wanted, I would send my mom pics to get her opinion and recommendation. I sent one final pic when I got the bouquet assembled and my mom wanted to see if it was worth it to add anything else. As I was checking the lady asked me if I wanted to purchase individual vials for the flowers and I replied probably not but wanted to confirm just in case. Right as I'm about to purchase the flowers she starts taking the vials off and I nod that, yes, that's fine I don't need them. As I start coming towards the counter the lady suddenly snaps at me and starts putting all the flowers away. I told her I was ready to purchase them but she said she refuses to sell them to me and that "people are not toys" and practically kicked me out of the store. Just a complete change of attitude, no more "sweetie" or "honey" from her. I have never been treated so rudely at a store before and while I understand how it could be annoying that I was on the phone, I certainly wasn't jibber jabbering about my days events while keeping her waiting. In the end, I showed that I was ready to make a purchase, so I really don't see why she was so set off. Really put a damper on the rest of my day. Haven't gone there since, and probably never will. It's no wonder that when I came in, her store was totally empty and she was no where to be found...

Overpriced and rude when you ask for her to make a bouquet for a certain price. Even when I told her that it's okay for the bouquet to be smaller, she refused to make it/ make eye contact with me. There are better flower shops that would accommodate to your needs around the town.

Amazing and kind-hearted employees who express their passion through their lovely work! Would absolutely recommend for any occasion. Extreme professionalism followed by exceptional service.

Used to deliver flyers for the owner, maybe 4-5 times. Decent woman, polite, fair, paid fine, can't say anything bad about her or the business.

Excellent customer service. Staffs are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful Flowers are always fresh and price is reasonable. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing store! She always has fresh ideas and her arrangements are beautiful !! I would definitely recommend them.

I can not forgive the flowers sent to a funeral for my uncle - ripped off from the original order to the delivery - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP
