I do not find this company professional although their arrangements are very beautiful. I called for several weeks with no answer and unable to leave a message as the mailbox is full? I finally got someone to answer and he said to simply send an email with what I was looking for and they could provide me a quote. No email back after a week, I live around the corner so I stop by to ask about it. Someone opening up for the day says that neither of the owners are there and he takes my name and says he will make note and make sure my email is addressed. I still have yet to hear anything 4 days later.  Not a great impression and I would not feel comfortable ever recommending you based on my experience.

Bad ass dude and bad ass shop. I don't buy flowers much or involve myself in this kind of thing, however, when I need to get some flowers or whatever, this is the place to go. Boss man and his employees definitely don't make you feel like an idiot and treat you like your a friend and are serious about wanting to help you out with whatever it might be. Way cool place and extremely good customer service!

Stunning. Thoughtful. Human. Art. Flowers at Will created the most unique-to-us arrangement I've ever seen. We lost a child 8 years ago and my friend ordered this arrangement for us. Hearts have become the symbol we've adopted for our daughter and her initial is "E." And can you spot the heart-shaped flower? Brilliant. Thank you for bringing hope just by this simple act of creating flower arrangements!

Wanted to get flowers at will today and really wanted to go here because of high reviews, went by during business hours and door was locked. So I’m not sure if an appointment is needed or something...
