What a beautifully designed bouquet! Capital City Florist has come through again! Several years ago, I trusted Capital City Florist to design and assemble a casket piece, as well as several arrangements, for my father's funeral. The results were stunning and beyond my comprehension! Many in attendance expressed their admiration and asked which florist I had used. Since then, I have relied on Capital City Florist to provide highlights for birthdays, holidays, and anniversaries. The flowers are professionally cared for, treated, and prepared to look their best at the time of an event... they even keep blooming for days to come! The bouquets last longer than those from other florists I've called on. The staff is skillful, friendly, and helpful. Capital City Florist is second to none! I eagerly recommend their services to all of my friends and acquaintances!

As a retired florist their customer service is absolutely awesome. They have done several arrangements for me. They also did my father's flowers for his service. The family pieces were all beautifully designed and care taken in doing the arrangements with up most respect. Thank you Capital City Florists.

I was looking online for a beautiful arrangement for my Best Friend who moved out to Idaho a few years ago. I could not believe the 800 Flowers and FTD delivery and other fees doubled the price of the arrangements. And to be honest there was nothing that really wowed me. So I looked for a local Florist. And I found Capital City Florist, read the reviews, and called them. I AM SO GLAD I DID!!!! I explained the flowers I know my friend would love and my budget. They hit it out of the park!! My friend loved them and sent me a photo and they are beautiful!! Thank you all for helping me brighten my Best Friends day!!!! Huge thank you from Tennessee!!!!

Fresh fresh fresh arrangements that last a very long time. Floral designs that fit any wallet. Super helpful staff, balloons, house plants, stuffed animals - all beautifully displayed.

I went here to get a floral arrangement for my wife for Valentine's Day, and was very displeased with the impersonal staff. They kept trying to sell me flowers that would bloom much later after Valentine's Day, and I was more interested in a floral arrangement. While the displays were okay looking, they left a lot to be desired. They even tried to sell me a fake arrangement since I didn't like what they had out. While the store looks nice and fancy, it does not make up for poor customer service.
