I cannot speak for some other reviews here but a purchase today went very well. The online site worked well, the products were ready and wrapped the next morning for in-store pickup, the person at the desk was helpful and polite, and the jams and candies were fresh 2024. Quite a good and fun array of British products in the store.

If you would like to be verbally abused, then go to this store. You will be told that the football game is more important than you attempting to make a purchase. I wish I had read other customer reviews before going to the store. I would not have wasted my time.

Unique little neighbourhood shop that sells beautiful plants and flowers as well as an amazing selection of British and Irish treats and food items such as tea, biscuits, chocolate, and gift items like toiletries and soccer and television memorabilia. The Proprietors are a lovely couple and very friendly.

Over priced and be careful of expired items. I came back to ask for an exchange for an expired item and he said “there’s still 7 days left” but ended up giving me the refund.. One of the items was open as well.

Found this little gem while searching for British foods when I lived in Toronto. This place is great for some harder to find British treats. Some old sweets and I couldn't believe they had Angel Delight!!! Great place worth the visit if you're looking for some memories of home.

Nice little shop with British products. Parking is available on the street and the store is open for business.
