Flower Station

I am sorry to say I was quite disappointed by the lack of communication on my wedding flowers. I ordered a very specific type of rose, made sure they could get it, and when I stopped by to pick it up 2 hours before the ceremony it was nothing like what I asked for. I felt like my day was not important enough for the ladies to make a call and let me know they couldn't get the right kind. The flowers for the fathers were also not as we originally discussed. Non of it ruined our wedding day, but lack of attention to detail and follow up is enough for me not to use this small business again.

They always put together a super fresh and exquisite bouquet. I call from out of town to because I know The Flower Station can be counted on.

I stop by the Flower Station at least once a month to pick up a custom seasonal bouquet. The women who work here are so friendly, and they cater to whateverI'm into that month.

I was running a little behind and knew the flower station closed at three and was on my lunch break and i arrived at 3:05 and the ladies were locking up. I thought to myself "great! Now I'm going to have to get my girl Meijer flowers for sweetest day" and yes, the good guys know this hallmark holiday exist:) any who I didn't even have to ask for the lady who's name i believe is Joan to re-open the shop and get my girl some perfect flowers. Not many people would do that on a Saturday after closing hours. These are the type of employees you want to make happy because they make your business look stellar in our already tight, word of mouth city! YOU GUYS ROCK!! Thanks a lot Joan and hopefully that is your name:)

We ordered an arrangement for a funeral and the recipient told us we were "stiffed". He sent us a picture and we felt it was totally inadequate. The Flower Station took a hard line and refused to refund or otherwise adjust our payment. For $90 we got four calalilies and four roses. 1-800-FLOWERS for $50 gives five calalilies and a dozen roses.
