I purchased an arrangement over the phone for a funeral and could not have been more pleased. Not only was the arrangement beautiful but when I called to let them know I had given them the wrong location they assured me they had already double checked with the funeral home and had planned to deliver the arrangement per their instructions. Excellent customer service! When we arrived at the service the family told us how beautiful the arrangement was and it truly exceeded my expectations. The last time I needed an arrangement for a funeral and used a florist in Grand Rapids I was so disappointed. That was definitely not the case here. This arrangement was easily 3 times bigger than that one and far more beautiful for the same price. If I lived in Traverse City I would purchase every floral arrangement I ever needed from this florist! Thank you so much Cherryland!

Cherryland Floral did a fabulous job in the birthday arrangement they sent for mom's 90th birthday. It was out of this world! We live out of town....knew nothing about the floral shop...placed the order and closed out fingers. I saw pictures of the floral basket and was so happy! Did I mention this was a Saturday morning delivery...and the flowers were delivered by noon. Thank you Cherryland Floral!

So accommodating! They whipped together two beautiful bouquets in less than 15 minutes. Friendly and professional! Totally going back and will recommend them first!

Don't be fooled when you google for florists in Traverse City. I've tried to order from some of them only to discover they are out-of-town brokers. Cherryland Floral is actually IN Traverse City and they've done a wonderful job every time I've placed an order over the phone. Yes, they have nice website too, but I always like to talk to a florist to find out what's fresh and add a personal touch. Everyone I've spoken to is always very friendly and helpful. And afterwards my family always calls to tell me how beautiful the flowers are. I'm very happy with them! UPDATE 12-2016: After reading some bad reviews about this place I wanted to update my old review. They delivered a Christmas centerpiece for me today and the picture my daughter sent was beautiful. She loved it.The employees always take their time talking to me on the phone and are so polite. I recommend them to everyone.
