Everything from the initial consultation, the installation with Joel to the follow up when the job was done was perfection. An absolutely brilliant experience with the team at Floors on Crowfoot. They gently steered us toward an amazing flooring product and colour we would not have been happy with our original direction, but the Floors team helped us avoid a bad decison. They also did a fantastic job installing, with some very delicate cutting to fit well around our natural stone entranceway and fireplace. We could not be happier with the process or outcome! The rest of the reno is still ongoing...some pics to follow. Highly recommend!
Excellent sales staff. However when the product was installed the hardwood was broken in places, not impressed with the workmanship at all. The tile in the kitchen is uneven and again subpar. We asked them back to fix the problem and the kitchen was redone in spots but still not done properly. And they have yet to come out and remedy the hardwood at all. Would not recommend.
We just replaced all the flooring in our home and we went with Floors on Crowfoot. We found them to be competitive, attentive, more than willing to accommodate, offer suggestions as well as listen. The installers that were sent out were exceptional. George and his sons installed the hardwood, Roland and team the tile and Tim and Loo the carpeting. All were meticulous in the work and paid attention to every detail. Everything looks amazing! When the one carpet arrived, Tim mentioned that a portion of the carpet had a flaw. This flaw was noticed at the warehouse and Desiree and Darrell immediately got in touch with Mohawk to ensure that additional carpeting with the same dye lot would be available. I had noticed that there were a couple of other spots and they were repaired and the repair is invisible. Darrell also came by a number of times to see how things were progressing. On one visit, he was not happy with a carpet seam and had Tim rework it. This piece of carpet was installed over a not level concrete floor in the basement. It looks great. Desiree was our main contact, and like everyone else, she did follow up and follow through where required. The after care by both Darrell and Desiree have been exceptional as well. Floors on Crowfoot was a great store to deal with on all levels. I definitely would use them again as well as recommend them if asked.
Greg Musgrave at Floors on Crowfoot helped us with wall-to-wall carpeting in September 2022. Greg was extremely helpful and easy to work with at all phases. The workers did outstanding work the day of, showing great attention to detail. I recommend Floors on Crowfoot—and especially Greg Musgrave—without hesitation!
We chose our flooring pre-pandemic and then sat on our choices for over a year. When we came back, Greg was able to pull up our original quote and choices. After that, booking the flooring was quick and easy. We had hardwood and carpeting installed in our entire upstairs and hardwood on our stairs. The installers were very courteous and polite. They would clean as the went and tried to keep the dirt and disruptions to a minimum. The final product is amazing. The hardwood looks great and we didn't need any boards replaced. The carpeting was also well done. Floors on Crowfoot has 2 thumbs up from us on service in store, products and installation. Also, they came through on the dates. Greg said installation would take 3 days and gave specific dates. And, installation only took three days and the installers came on the specific days! We would recommend Floors on Crowfoot, and we appreciate how well we were taken care of.

Great experience with Floors on Crowfoot! With Darrell's expertise, we were able to find the right flooring for our home. We really appreciated the installers' quality workmanship and finishing the job on time - it was a big undertaking. We love the main floor with the Luxury vinyl plank, vinyl tile in the bathrooms and the carpet upstairs, it has given our home a whole new look and feel - more inviting. I would not hesitate to recommend Floors on Crowfoot to family and friends.
Had a great experience with Darrell. We chose our carpet online and Darrell dealt with us completely through a web camera & "Room View" on their website. No complaints with the installation, they were great and made us feel comfortable. During these times its really important for business's adapt and I think Darrell did just that! Great experience, I can't recommend them enough.
We had a great experience with Floors on Crowfoot. Big thanks to Darrell, Jason, and Joel. We are first time homeowners and used Floors on Crowfoot to rip out the old carper and install new luxury vinyl planks. We did this all from out of town and Darrell was great to keep us updated and guide us through the process. When a mover scratched the floor a week after installation, Darrell was quick to send Joel out for a repair that looks just like new. Very happy with the end result!
