This company was great to work with! I love the product is made in Canada! The quality is amazing! The people were awesome to talk to and easy to understand. They were fast to order and receive and quickly installed!
The Good: Timely quotes Timely installation Lots of selection Professional crew Costco rebates are amazing The Bad: While we were warned that walks may be damaged as they removed the backsplash, we were left with a hole and Floform wouldn’t be held responsible. We had to fix it ourselves Tiles came off and we were lucky that the crew on site were willing to fix. The sales team wanted to charge a fee to have them reattached One counter was replaced missing a lip that it originally had. We were told we would need to go to Home Depot or Lowes to fix ourselves Overall while the counters look great, I am not certain I would recommend them. For such a big price tag and project, it seems that any miss in terms of the sizing or any damage was not their problem
Daniel was great at working a miracle for us. He got us a beautiful custom countertop for a reno that needed to get done fast. Definitely recommended and would use them again!

Ordered countertop for our vanity. .They made process so easy and we're incredibly helpful. The countertop arrived earlier than expected. They were very accommodating when we had to reschedule installation twice because of other issues. The installer did a wonderful job and was pleasant and tidy. Would use them again for counter needs !
My countertops and island top were installed today and every step in this process was professional. Their installers were knowledgeable and polite and worked completed in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your countertop renovation.
I needed a quick turnaround for a selection, quote, measurement and install of a bathroom vanity countertop. My priorities were timeliness and quality. FloForm Calgary delivered on both. Brenda was great, guiding me through the process from initial selection of the countertop, while offering good recommendations to keep things on track and on budget. The handoff between the different experts involved was seamless and things got done on the schedule that was laid out from the start. The templater and installers were meticulous and professional. I would definitely recommend FloForm to friends and family, and I would use them on future projects. It was a great overall experience and I thank the whole Calgary team for completing my stress-free project.
We redid our kitchen through the help of Floform, though it was some time ago, I went back in to get specifics on how to best clean my new counters and sink carefully. The Installation Manager Sari Glesbrecht, went above and beyond with information, both with expansions and print-outs. The after sales service was top notch! I would definitely recommencement this company. 5 Stars!
