My children absolutely LOVE the gymnastics classes here. They always come home excited and full of energy! The employees are so kind and thoughtful, one of my kids scraped their knee and the employees gave them a band-aid and kind words! I would highly recommend anyone looking for gymnastics lessons should come here, the price is right and the staff is great!
My kid came to flip as a friend and she loved it! She couldn’t stop telling me about the fun things she did. I came to watch and the facility looked awesome. Great place! Definitely looking into classes for the new year.
My daughter has been doing the preschool unparented gymnastics here a few weeks and so far I am not impressed. The coaches do not really seem interested in helping the kids with the skills they mostly just stand around, looking bored. They create circuits and then don't even direct the children to actually follow the circuits. My child actually went and asked the instructor for help with one of the skills and though she did walk over to where my child was she still just stood there and did nothing hands on to help my child. My child struggled with one of the skills a few weeks ago and now just avoids it. The instructors do nothing to help her learn the skill. Isn't instruction part of what I'm paying for? The young guy who is supposed to also be a coach was just standing playing on some on the equipment today while the other instructor showed the kids what to do. He wasn't even facing them. Perhaps if he was engaged and paying attention with the kids he could see who was struggling to pick up the info. Also, these kids are 4, they cannot remember if you throw 10 different parts of a circuit at them and ask them to do. They can't remember that many instructions in a row. It doesn't seem like the instructors have received any instruction on teaching young kids. My child isn't really learning any new skills. My child has no connection with the instructors and didn't even feel confident enough to ask to go to the bathroom tonight ie. They aren't even asking these young kids if they need a bathroom break. My child wet her pants which she has never done at preschool. Finally, the viewing area is not wheelchair accessory, so as a disabled parent who sometimes requires a wheelchair I was unable to use the viewing area some nights, so I didn't feel welcome. The class also had too many kids in it, so a lot was just standing around watching the other kids. We will not be signing up for another class at this facility. I'm really disappointed about this experience because my daughter started saying she wasn't enjoying it and didn't want to go anymore.
Terrible experience with this company We thought we’d try out their summer day camp program and deeply regret it. We are so relieved they didn’t have enough registrants that they had to cancel the fourth day of camp we originally had our child registered for! Staff told me that lunch was included for day camp, it wasn’t - I don’t mind - I actually thought it was obscure they would tell me this. Coaches are poorly trained in general - very unsafe with the kids- they don’t notice when kids push or trample on others in competitive games and as a result - children are injured, my child had to notify the coach she was hurt - and no phone call to parents to inform them of said injuries! The coaches are also unwilling to help children who don’t have any gymnastics experience, telling children to “figure it out for themselves” Clearly the employees are miserable at their job just based on their grumpy facial expressions, no smiles upon arrival during check in, the responses they give children and their lack of regard overall The owner and staff accused my child of lying about their experiences at the camp It’s pretty obvious the owner has received negative feedback on her establishment previously because she relies heavily on “footage from her security camera” to back her story up and prefers to blame the children and call them liars as opposed to just supporting children, accepting honest feedback and resolving the problem. Why would and how could a child make up these stories of how they were treated or injured themselves? Why would she deliberately hurt herself? Not one phone call to let me know my child got hurt at the start of the da and missed most of the activities, unable to participate. I called at the end of the day to inquire about what happened. The owner was rude, condescending, argumentative and unapologetic. Additionally- no air conditioning- so the children are doing physical activity all day indoors during an August heatwave. Equipment needs upgrading, facility is dilapidated and outdated, it’s a garage with mats, cluttered and disorganized, looks unprofessional No signage whatsoever, so we couldn’t find the entrance to the building because they had their front door propped open which is the only place they have a small sign lol I don’t recommend this place to anyone, in fact I strongly recommend avoiding it! Please don’t waste your money - and save yourself the headache so that you don’t have to deal with the owner or staff- it was absolutely mind numbing - several minutes of my life I’ll never get back but most importantly my child got injured and didn’t have a good time.
We service the plumbing and furnace at the Flip Factory. While we do not have any kids who go, we have always been impressed by the organization and cleanliness of the building. We have always been paid extremely quickly. Darlene, the owner, is fantastic to work for. Take care,

Awesome space for families! Wide range of classes with circus, gymnastics, and parkour! Amazing coaches and found the office staff very friendly and helpful!
Great place ! My daughter loves it...keeps her active and teaches her to use her body...All in all worth the time...Bring your kids here they will love it too
