Flings Chicken & Taters

So very disappointed not the same taste as the old flings. I have been going to flings for many many many years but lately the food has not been good at all. Don’t waste your money if your looking for that old flings taste. The chicken wings taste like old grease and the fries were burnt and greasy. All 3 orders were nasty. When I called to ask to speak to a manager they explained they don’t have a manger just the owner and he was off and would call me in a few days. The only compensations she wanted to give was a large tater I just wanted all 3 taters replaced I did not care what a large tater is equivalent to I just would of liked the 3 taters replaced or my money back for the taters. I did not even get to the chicken. Let’s just say I made my last donation $63.00 to this business as all 3 meals went to the garbage. Definitely not worth the gamble of wondering if the food will taste right just save your money. Also the famous macaroni salad that I loved so much is just noddles and sauce no veggies in it like before it tasted very plain and dry.

I've been going here for a very long time and never had a complaint. Best chicken in the city hands down! Then a new owner came into play, whatever you're doing, keep it up! I still love this place and the new owner is doing everything to keep the same recipe. Don't change a thing. There is a reason why this place has been open for so long and you landed on a gold mine buying his business. Delivery was on point, faster than what was said and food was amazing as always! Thanks flings!!

I've been enjoying Flings since I was a kid, Was in today for an 8 piece Deluxe combo, and met the new owner Seran. Extremely kind and honest guy! I was a little weary finding out that the restaurant was newly owned, however the meal was excellent and you can rest assured that the quality and service remains the same. Will definitely continue being a repeat customer!

3rd meal in a row with dry rubbery chicken. Since the change in ownership had not 1 meal that comes close to previous ownership for quality and taste. Not going back. Taters are still fantastic. The only reason for the 2 star rating}

Bought several chicken dinners and a fish dinner. The fish dinner went right in the garbage. It was very heavy and had a rubber texture. Very disappointing. The chicken was ok but I have had a lot better. Will not be a returning customerFood: 1/5

Tasty, great portion and bbq sauce awesome!!!

Ordered food for a babyshower ahead of time. Driver was so late, that we cancelled the order 40 minutes after it was supposed to arrive. The food ended up being an hour late for an event. Amazing tasting food, but never again. Can’t count on them to be on time.

First time to Canada and trying Poutine. Old restaurant in an interesting part of town. Food was nice. Chicken was a bit hard/dry and the taters were ok. Staff were nice. Worth a stop in and more than i could eat!

Normally the one place i can count on to get great food ,I was very disappointed with my meal saturday it was flavouless we had the 15 piece feast and i could have been eating cardboard for all the flavour i tasted with the chicken wedges and gravy

Did the ownership change I got an order it was trash like $70 in the garbage I’ve been eating here for over 15 years and never had a bad experience
