This is our go-to coffee shop in Dover. We love coming to work for a while or read. They definitely have quality coffee, but I’ve noticed their drinks are not consistent. I wish staff was friendlier, maybe a smile or two. Their lattes and cappuccinos have been lukewarm even when I ask for them to be extra hot.
My daughter and I tried this out as part of our coffee house summer tour. First impressions were spacious, friendly, and exactly the kind of place you would want to bring a friend or just a laptop.nWe ordered two mocha lattes and they were excellent. Strong, but not bitter with a really good flavor of dark chocolate.nMy daughter got the Flight Avocado Toast and I got the Bacon Me Crazy breakfast sandwich, both of which were excellent. See photos.nnNow, the prices were a bit higher than I was expecting, though not exorbitant. For two of us, with an optional %15 tip, I paid right at $30.nnThere was a line at the order counter the entire time we were there, but it moved quickly. The staff was awesome!nnI would totally go back, and highly recommend this coffee shop.
One of my favorite local places to get a drink, a bagel, and sit and read or work on school. The bagels are UNREAL, just know you have to get there early because they will sell out! Everyone is so lovely and it really is one of my favorite places. I also recommend the iced mint matcha, it's my favorite matcha.
New name, same cool staff and excellent menu options as before. If it's not broke don't fix. Great coffee, and the food is so good for the price. Packed bowl is a perfect egg everytime, and my favorite thing. Spacious tables and cozy atmosphere, the line can get long but it always moves quick.nnIf all that werent enough, this place supports the seacoast art scene by displaying local artists, community board for events, hosting elite music gigs, equaling something very extra special. A true gem of Dover.
The owner has a bright beautiful smile that could illuminate all of Dover and the kitchen manager is one of the kindest and most beautiful people I have ever seen. I would recommend the chocolate chip cookie with a tall cup of iced coffee!! Yum yum :
