Valery at the Victoria location helped plan our flights to London on British Airways. Our first time flying premium economy and we needed help! Valery was a good listener and understood immediately what we were trying to arrange. She was well informed and efficient. She suggested an itinerary that would save us $$ and she reserved our seats for us. Wow! Your efforts are very much appreciated.

Went into the business 30 minutes before closing, the guy said he couldn’t help us but we were able to sit down with him and talk about the trip we were planning with dates and all info. Understanding that may be the case we were told he would look into it and get back to us the following business day. Gave our email and phone number. 2 weeks pass we heard nothing back so took business elsewhere. Didn’t leave a 1 star because I have had success with other agents at this location.

I love booking through Flite Centre. Jordan is fantastic. He takes his time , doesn't rush you making sure all the information is correct. He is very knowledgeable about airline policies and procedures. My next trip will be booked by Jordan.

I have been dealing with Neil at the Victoria  flight centre and have been delighted with his help. I have booked 2 vacations  with him in the last couple of months and honestly  I would  book all future  holidays  with him. Thank you Neil.

Travel agent, Michelle Foisy, provided excellent, friendly service & support re a recent trip to Los Cabos. With humour she alerted us to any complexities that might arise & gave us helpful tips so we could relax & enjoy being pampered & wowed by the surrounding Mexican culture.  I highly recommend Michelle!

Dirk at Flight Centre did an amazing job helping me finalize travel plans for a last minute trip to Mexico. He was very thorough going through the details and advising us of travel restrictions we needed to be aware of and ensuring we had everything in order. I have been working with Nate Mosher for years at flight centre. He has provided me with knowledgeable information and competitive pricing since day one. Nate is exceptionally good at follow up and has always gone the extra mile to ensure myself and my family always have a wonderful time on vacation. I would highly recommend his services and give 6 stars if I could!

I am ever so grateful I took the advise of a friend to use the services at Flight Centre.  My customer experience was SO positive. All the staff I interacted with were kind, helpful, friendly and professional. Everyone! My travel plans were coordinated by Daniel Rodriguez and I would certainly recommend Daniel and I'll be visiting him again, for any future travel. He was wonderful to work with. I want to give a shout out to Christian Dean, my Flight Centre savior. I was unfortunate to book a family holiday during Spring Break of 2020. We made the right decision two days before the flight to stay home, Covid-19 rumours and news was just starting to heat up and recommendations for holidays were to cancel flights. I knew that I may lose a large sum of money. A month later, I reached out to Flight Centre I got connected to Christian. He was professional, helpful and very responsive. He called the flights and hotels and was able to get a significant amount of my money back. When Transat Air got the goverment support I reached out again to recover my flight credits...in no time he responded and again was able to help. Christian was great for me and Flight Centre is lucky to have employees like him.
