Flight Centre West 10th

The team here is great. They set up a friend and I on an incredible vacation, absolutely no complaints about the whole experience, the resort even down to the customer service in store! Clayton Hill and his co workers were an absolute pleasure to book with. Will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely love this branch the staff are all super friendly, I use John Castell as he is English and we have the same sense off humor. Gone are the days of trying to book on line myself and not having anyone to answer my concerns or questions, it is all done for me in no time at all, John arranged airport care for my 85 year old mother in law, made sure she was seated next to her two grandchildren that are travelling with her from the UK. There is also a price watch on flights so if they go down in price you get the difference, (there is a small fee) but we did it last year to the UK and got back 300 dollars which we put towards another flight, there is no hidden extras on top for using them and they will seek out the best flight and price for you. I highly recommend this flight center branch for ease and peace of mind.

We were redirected to Flight Centre West 10th after making original enquiries that went to a Maritime location due to time change and the day of our enquiry (we are in London Ontario). The service we received from Jordan was superb. He truly exceeded our expectations with his responsiveness, knowledge, and friendliness. I own a business and would welcome having him on staff as he truly has a customer-centric personality and professionalism that is appreciated and lacking in many businesses we deal with personally and professionally. He presented several options for us (a quick decision to escape to Cuba) and I can not think of anything to suggest to improve our experience. I have recommended Jordan and his location to my family in BC and we will certainly book in the future with Jordan and his office. Superb experience. P.S. Jordan even was in touch with us outside of his work day - I would never expect or encourage this but it just shows his commitment to his customers.

I just returned from an amazing adventure to Costa Rica, which was organized byJohn Castell at Flight Centre! John was so easy to work with, he was knowledgable about Costa Rica, and recommended an amazing hotel in Tamarindo! John is extremely friendly, easy going & quickly responded to all my questions. I never imagined that I would use a travel agent in BC because I live in Ontario, but the time difference made the planning much easier! I had a great experience working with John!

I worked with John Castell at this store while organizing details for my trip to Mexico. He went out of his way to make sure my trip would go smoothly and that it did. He has a wealth of travel knowledge that I will use again before booking my next holiday.
