Flight Centre Pickering

*Update* Aside from them being slow with responses, during the booking process, if you were able to speak to someone who can help you THEN they do help you with your issues. I forgot to mention this part. Guess this will mean I should give them 2 or 3 stars instead of 1. This is not a compliment! I was a customer of Ajax flight Centre in Ontario for a destination wedding. Been in contact with the store regarding getting a breakdown of my payments for the portion I missed to due illness since February 2. It is now February 6 and I still have not heard anything back! After being reassured I will get it by end of Saturday! Do not tell someone you will get back to them when you plan on putting them on your back burner until you feel like getting back to them! Emailed the team leader on Monday, heard nothing back. Called today and was told they will pass my name to the team leader and have her contact me as soon as she is done with the client! I am not a happy customer ! For a company that rely on customer service, they are definitely struggling!

We book all our Disney trips with Flight Centre Pickering. They always find me the best packages! Our agent is great about answering all our questions. Great experience every time we book!

I recently booked a European Cruise through Sarah at the Pickering Flight Centre. She's fantastic, gave me some amazing suggestions and helped us narrow down the best option for our bucket list trip! We will always return and refer everyone we know. Thanks again!

Very pleased with the service and friendly people. I recently booked a trip to Negril for me and my wife. The knowledge the agent posessed was great and I felt really comfortable booking with them. The trip was everything as described and more! I will definitely be back here to book my next trip. Highly recommend them.

I had the worst experience here yesterday with a dark travel consultant. We walked into the store and there were 3 employees sitting at their desk doing their own stuff without a single greeting word. We had to take the initiative to ask for help with Disneyland tickets. This dark lady helped us search for the price. We emphasized so many times that our older child is turning 3 and the younger one is under 1. The older child will still be 3 while she's on the trip. She gave us two quotes: 900 and 1100 something. We were shocked so we asked her if it comes with the flight or with the family as she never asked us how many people are going to begin with. She answered us in a sarcastic tone" yes, how can kids go by themselves?" We questioned her by asking isn't it free for kids under 3 to enter the park? She said no..She kept changing her answers..first she said only infants under 1 are free..then she changed to kids under 2 are free just like the flights. She sounded so unprofessional to us so we had to walk out of the store. The worst thing is she did not seem like she enjoyed her job and she was definitely full of attitudes while talking to us. My suggestion to the store is to retrain this employee in both customer service and product knowledge.
