Great place, nice people, need more offices with available travel agents now that travel is picking up again however.

Quick and efficient. Just paying my yearly,  but, but was in and out. Friendly, staff. I've used their services enough. My motorcycle had a split gas pump diaphragm. My baby to the shop...no problem! My SUV, a battery boost. 10 minutes. Value for the deal

This was my first time in the store. It is laid out nicely. Lots of items for purchase and CAA members get a 25% discount of already great prices. Associates are there to help you whether it's for general information or for travel bookings. To my surprise, you can request maps and travel books as part of your membership. It's definitely a good place to stop if you're a member to find out more about what your membership includes or if you're interested in becoming a member.

Nice layout. Friendly staff. Great deal on movie passes right now for members. When I visited the automatic doors were not on/working. So they lost a star on that one. That matters if you are elderly or have a walker.

This was the best CAA store in my opinion! I have been to the one at Don Mills and Lawrence and honestly I can say I have not experienced such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere upon entering the store! Upon entering this one however I was properly greeted and asked what was it I require, I said it was an international drivers license and she immediately got to helping me. Even asked me if I was a memberthe other location did not on both previous occasions in order to offer me a discount on pictures I need for the license. I didn’t need pictures, but being offered the discount after being asked if I was or a family member in the same house was, a caa member, was a very kind gesture.  She also gave me a quote for travel insurance stating that I save 10% since a family member was a member. Overall was a pleasant experience and I definitely will return to this location!

I don't understand the 3.5. I went there today and received excellent service from the lady there. The other staff seem friendly and polite too. Store has great stuff to buy to stick in your car for travel and emergencies. Price for CAA Plus membership isn't bad either. :

Able to get passport photos done. Easy and no hassle.

We went to get passport photos done. Realized when we had our guarantor sign them that the stamp on the back was all blurry. Took it to the passport office anyway. Luckily I still had the receipt to verify the location of who took photos. Would not get my photos done here again. We also chatted to the travel agent and she was helpful and provide some insights to our next trip.

Love this location and the store is gorgeous inside.  Vicky is so helpful for all our insurance needs,and really works to save us the most money. Holly is our travel agent that always goes above and beyond to make our vacations magical
