We have booked several 
Flights and hotels with Troy at flight centre. He is very professional, knowledgeable and really listens to what we want in a vacation .... My husband injured himself on our recent Hawaii trip and it was so comforting to know we could call Troy , in an emergency. He very quickly made arrangements and Found a beautiful hotel - Marriott Kauai, that’s accessible and changed our flights. A big Thank you to Troy Welansky!

The customer service is bad and the girls are very rude. I will never book my tickets from here.

Don't believe them! 
They advertise "LOWEST AIRFARE GUARANTEE" but they refused to match a price I brought to them from another website!
I called the airline's direct Canadian number to get the lowest price!
Seems they just didn't want to match it or have me as a paying customer...too much effort.
