We're new in the village and had to get many items for our new home - tools and outdoor stuff like rain barrels. The staff have been very welcoming as neighbors and sales associates. Even offering to carry stuff to our car. Very helpful with recommendations on needed tools to perform household tasks - we moved from an apartment in the city to a home in the country. This requires tools we never had before. We do check prices online and there are some items which we can more affordably get on Amazon only with free shipping so it does pay to look around. For the most part tho - great place.

A savior when doing repairs around the house or cottage. Saves the long trip to the big box stores. Very knowledgeable staff to give you advice and provide you with the right products for most jobs. They have saved me numerous times!

Shop elsewhere for your hardware needs. Items with price stickers on them ring up higher at the till. Poor customer service and experience.
