Friendly, efficient and HONEST. Another mechanic said I needed to replace a significant component in the car that was not cheap. Once Bernard’s looked at it they determined it wasn’t the issue and provided the correct fix. Very happy with the service and honesty.

Unexpectedly had car trouble while in transit. Bernard’s took it in on a busy day and did the repair. Very accomodating and professional. Highly recommended.

During vacation away from home our car started overheating.  We were stuck needing quick service.  Bernard's quality cars entire team went above and beyond to get the problem looked at immediately and had us on our way.  Thanks Stefanie, Jessica and the rest of the team.  You guys are the best

This was our first experience purchasing a vehicle from Bernard's and we're very impressed. They were really nice to work with trustworthy, no pressure and followed through with everything they promised. They even had the generosity to do extra courtesies delivering our vehicle a 40 minute drive and later picking it up and delivering it again after looking into a few concerns we had. Not to mention the token gifts they left in our vehicle. Thank you for making it a great experience and we'll highly recommend your company to all.

My battery died as I pulled into Bernard’s on a Friday afternoon. A mechanic looked at it almost immediately, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and I was back on the road in just over an hour. The office staff offered water for my dog and couldn’t have been kinder. The people and service here are incredible.

Shopping from Toronto was way easier than I expected it to be — the team was great at taking my phone calls, answering questions, sending extra photos and providing me with all of the details I was looking for. I really appreciated their patience and positive customer service. I highly recommend doing your car shopping here! A huge thank you to the team at Bernard’s for making my car shopping so positive and personable.

We purchased a used new to my daughter car from Stefanie and the service was top notch! The car was in immaculate shape,  so clean and they went over every detail with my daughter.  The follow up after purchase was totally unexpected but very much appreciated.  We would totally recommend purchasing from Bernard's!  We will be sure to look here in the future if we need to purchase anything again!  Supporting the small , local business is important to us. Thank you for your wonderful service.
