Flat Creek Inn & Suites

For the town of Hayward.. I find this hotel to be reasonably priced, good staff & usually an overall decent environment, construction on 1/2 the hotel during my recent stay. Also the main hot tub- out of order. pitty, since that area is great, spacious, clean & quiet. As a customer staying during the off season, I feel I could've been offered a room w/a hot tub. I asked how long it'd been down, & she shrugged & said about a week...NOT cool! As 4 cleanliness I'd give a 4 outta 5 stars & like I said, 4 Hayward, this hotel is in the top 3.

I was there this past weekend and the older gentleman at the front desk, (Dion) could not have been kinder and more helpful. He went above and beyond to make my trip easier and more enjoyable. Thank you Dion.

I visited Wisconsin while my nephew was suffering from cancer. My family flew in from near and far. The hotel staff was very accommodating and showed us much compassion during our stay. I would totally recommend💜

My husband loved his steak. My chicken parmesan didn't live up to my expectations. It was not traditional and the chicken was a cheap piece. The restaurant was clean and cozy. Rustic decor.

Staff was a little standoffish. It seems like they had more important things to do than to take care of their customers. Everything seemed to be a bother for them. It got to the point where you didn't really want to talk to them because they were just too good for you.
