Flat Creek Inn & Suites

Everything is okay except for cleanliness in the rooms.nnIn more than one stay I've seen mold, stained and ripped linen, copious amounts of hair in/on the bed, coffee makers that are distungly dirty, just to name a few.

The staff here were beyond helpful both during and after our stay. We needed some room changes when we arrived that they accommodated without issue and then our daughter left her stuffed animal there, which they mailed back to us without asking for any postage fees. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful place, modern and clean with nice staff. The problem is unfortunately, there is no soundproofing in the area I stayed and the noise from surrounding rooms kept us up most of the night! Bummer and quite frustrating

Staff are friendly and welcoming. I liked that the sheets and linens were clean . Thank you for the new flooring! This has got to be easier to clean for the staff. Now just remove the rug and it's perfect for staff to clean. The bathroom sink and toilet were clean; the walls need attention. The restaurant was awesome! The staff are wonderful and the food was delicious. If we ever come back this way I will stay again! Thank you everyone!

Very nice whirlpool suite, the bedroom is closed off from tv area and whirlpool for privacy. Has a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and blow-dryer. I would have gave it a 5 star rating but it was newly remodeled and the toilet seat was missing.
