Aaron not responding to any calls! Never! No matter when you call him, as soon as he gets money from you, and put your number in his phone -all warranty is voided. Scammer! I will file a complaint against your business! Do you put 24/7 in Google? I will make you work 24/7 and fulfill your contracts!

I was referred and called and texted to then have repair on the way within 2 hours on a cold Sunday. Repair done but one week later furnace wasn’t working. They came out first thing the next day only to find another unrelated problem so was not a result of the first visit. Excellent service and communication! So glad to have someone we can rely on!

Our furnace stopped working on Christmas eve. We contacted Flash furnace and they were able to fit us in on short notice. They came within a few hours and replaced our blower motor and now we have heat for Christmas!

I had a furnace and hot water tank installed, but unfortunately there were a few issues. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have doubts that the work was completed properly. There was a miscommunication of what was to be done and I was left feeling unsure about the work. While I had some concerns about their work, I hope this is not a typical experience for others. I ultimately hired another company to address the concerns. Response to owner: Since I've already paid a company to fix the issues with the hot water tank and furnace and am now paying for a monthly subscription for any service needs for my plumbing and HVAC I don't know what you could do to help. You are a really nice guy, personality and kindness 10/10, I remember how you were personally willing to help out and offered to go out of your way to provide good service, however, you overpromised and seemed to be overworked. I sincerely hope you find the support you need so that all of your customers get the service you intend, because its clear to me you personally have the qualities to provide truly excellent customer service, if you could manage the workload better.

The gentleman is down to earth. He came to fix my uncle furnace. When he find out the condition of my uncle health he did not charge for the service. I would like to thank you sir. Thank you for your generosity. I would recommend him.
