I was pleased to received same day service from ProStar to have my kitchen sink unclogged. Brandon was prompt and professional in his demeanor. I was not pleased with the cost of the service. $600 to have my kitchen sink unclogged with a simple auger seemed exorbitant, but my choices were to send the technician away and pay a $90 service fee, or to proceed with having the service completed. On Friday afternoon of the long weekend, I chose the later. Upon completion of the work which Brandon did well, I was told that if I gave a 5 star review on Google, I would enter a draw for a $500 Amazon gift card. And if I mentioned his name specifically, I would receive an additional chance at the draw. I was incensed to hear the company is essentially bribing Google reviews from their customers. Offering customers bait to give a 5 star review doesn't lend to the spirit of why reviews were initiated in the first place - to let allow other customers to find transparent review of what they can expect for service. This transparency should include customers reflecting on the high prices that ProStar charges. I felt worse about the experience AFTER hearing all the encouragement to give the 5 start google review, when the price charged for the service didn't merit 5 stars. Additionally, the technician used my powder room to take a BM at the end of the job, which wasn't overly appreciated.Service:&nbsp;Drain cleaning

Very professional, fast response time, very efficient trouble shooting and install, knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and all options available. No extra charges. Overall very satisfied would use ProStar again.Service:&nbsp;Water tank installation

The best!! I phoned this company early in the am because for some reason my furnace was not running. Pro Star Sent out Darcy before Noon and before 3 pm I had heat. How fabulous were these people and company were, very professional and these lads new exactly what they were doing..So Pleased with their serviceService:&nbsp;Heating system repair
