Checkered Flag was a lifesaver and earned a customer for life. I was without hot water for five days dealing with a home warranty claim. The home warranty company, of course, cut corners. They assigned me a bottom-of-the-barrel “vendor” with two company names, neither of which was on the side of the personal pick-up truck that pulled into the driveway seven hours after our appointment time. While I was approved for a new water heater, I was looking at a mysterious fee of several hundred dollars due to non-covered charges in my premium tier warranty package. Frustrated, I gave up on the warranty claim and called Checkered Flag based on excellent neighborhood and online reviews. Kristen answered the phone and immediately went to work to help. Within 90 minutes, Colby and Kyle were at my house with a water heater in hand. That’s right, 90 minutes. An hour later, the new water heater was installed, and they were on their way to rescue someone else. Never again will I wonder who to call for my plumbing needs.
