Got sent here through insurance after hitting a deer. Fix Auto treated us like a valued customer answering all our questions. Keeping us updated throughout the whole process. At the end my car came out straight as a arrow shining and detailed inside and out. Definitely would recommend to my closest family and friends to use them. I love these guys, went to dealership first and they gave me quote and figured I'd go somewhere local to get a price.. These guys. Came in at lower price and they were there sooner. Good job everyone keep up the good work
My father has had a bad experience. Not completed as they promised and also increased the price by $200 after the fact. Not a great way to treat seniors. Don't think I would recommend Fix Aitu Welland after hearing about my father's experience there. While the situation was challenging, everyone at FixAuto Welland handled it well and did the best they could to explain the situation to my father and completed the work on his truck. Shout out to patty and Gian Luca they were so helpful and nice, and everyone else there, they went above and beyond repairing my car, I would recommend everyone go to them for the best service and help.

AMAZING SERVICE. Gianluca was incredibly friendly and great to work with. They were so quick with the repair, getting us in the day after the call, taking no than twenty minutes to get it done. I would recommend Fix Auto Welland to anybody.
