I would like to Thank You for the great service you have provided me while having my car repaired back in Dec 2016.
You were very friendly and knowledgeable about what was needed to be done.
You helped with all my arrangements and took care of everything so no extra stress was needed at my end.
Most importantly, you were honest. That's hard to find these days, especially with mechanics. Not to give a bad stereotype.
You understood my situation and went one step beyond what I excepted.
I Thank You again and will most definitely recommend you and Fix Collision to anyone needing auto body repairs.

Brutal Service. I would never recommend this place. I got in an accident and my Insurance sent me there to fix my Jeep. After being told that its all fixed I drove off and my Jeep was making this huge squealing. I brought it back they first stated that there was no sound I had to jump in the driver seat and it started right away. I was told my breaks needed to be serviced. They told my insurance that that was an issue before I got into an accident which is false. My insurance told me that I could bring it to another garage for a second opinion. I receive a call that my Jeep is being taken off the road I need a brand new rear and front axle. Fix Auto missed the front and axe being badly bent and let me drive off the lot. I will never step foot in that place again.

Also just found out that they put two "similar" rims on my Jeep not even the same ones as I had on before.. Very disappointed.

They botch a simple job which will necessitate a return visit.  Not impressed as this body shop is not close to me.  
Background. On September 13th, I made an appointment through 417 Infiniti.  On September 20, I went to have the job completed. The appointment was not relayed to FIX.  They did the job  - but badly.  FIX manager blamed Infiniti for not advising them of the appointment.  I don't care about their communication breakdown, that is no reason to do a bad job.  
If they can't do a simple job with quality control I would not recommend them for anything more complex.  Aweful! Now I need to go back, waste more time, to get the job redone.  Not impressed and would not recommend.
