OUTSTANDING! Sam made sure my experience at FIX was completely above and beyond expectations. They took the stress out of the experience by handling everything with my insurance company. Further, they were very flexible with when I wanted the work to get done. Sam even stayed an extra 1.5 hours after close so I could pick up my car. Would recommend this shop to anyone!

Took my car there to have it appraised for damages as directed by my insurance company. At that moment I wasn't sure where I was going to have my car repaired. When I walked in, there was a young man in glasses who greeted me. Great. Some other short  young looking guy came out of the back office and I jus looked at me. No hi or nothing. Kool. As I am sitting there waiting to be seen, the shorter guy comes out looks at me and says let's go look at your car. Still no hi, my name is blah blah blah nothing. Laughed in my head for his "professionalism" but whatever. We go outside he starts clicking the camera in all different directions, looks at me and says let's book you for  repairs. Um I just came fir an appraisal as directed by my insurance I'm thinking to myself. We go inside and he asks me if I'm putting this thru my insurance which I told him I was. He then asked me where I'm going to have the vehicle repaired. I advised him that I wasnt sure and that I'm there only fir am appraisal. This little kid looks at me, throws some business card on the counter and tells me to go get it appraised where I'm gonna have it fixed. I just laughed at his ignorance and unprofessionalism and said I will and I would never do business here. Horrible experience. Would never recommend this place because Of this one kid behind the counter. I don't know if the short rude guy is training the other guy with glasses, but if he is, he is setting him up for failure. I never do reviews unless I'm really pushed to it. And I was today.

My insurance company originally directed me to a body shop that I didn't get a good vibe from. As such they provided me with other options, one of which was Fix Auto Mississauga East. This is a family owned and operated business and right from the get go, Milo, his son Sam and even Milo's wife were just awesome to deal with! They were honest, straight forward, super friendly and did an amazing job repairing my 2014 Jeep Wrangler. There are hundreds of body shops out there, but if you want friendly service and great results, I highly recommend these folks!
