Husband brought car here after accident, staff don't seem to know what they're doing, took piece off the car to examine then didn't know how to put it back on and the secretary has no clue what's going on. We had to explain the billing to her, and have now been waiting 3 weeks for them to finish work that they'd already ordered parts for. If I was paying for my damages myself I would never go here, wouldn't recommend to anyone, find someone who knows what they're doing

Really not happy with the service they did: had pieces of my car fall off afterwards while on the highway. Didn't feel safe and took my car to a more reliable place.

I was in a major accident the end of july and my insurance company sent my brand new car that didnt even have 50k on it to fix auto to be repaired. I had never heard of this company but assumed since my insurance company used them they must be good right? You can be the judge here goes so as i said had major accident end of july fix auto was in charge of the repairs from the collision. I never had an accident before so I had no idea what to expect. Well about a week after getting the car I was telephoned as to exactly how much damaged was caused by my duke of hazard style driving i did to avoid hitting another car. I was given the eztimate and about how long in work day it would take to finish all the repairs by the time we got real about it figured 17 work day would take roughly a month or so after weekends that weekend coming up was a holiday one so i knew it would be a while i worked it out and came up with first wek of september and i was giving a few extra days because i know with that much work to do something was sure to cause a problem well we will get to that in a sec. So the weeks go by and im going broke trying to keep gas in my rental because they gave me a truck. I drove a buick verano pre accident and they gave me a truck but thats a different review the details around that. Anyways its finally coming to sept the end is in sight i get my car back and right around my birthday how perfect is that except my car is not ready and no one bothers to call to let me know so a few more days go by and finally i give them a call to find anything out. Im told it will probably be another week because they found more damage. So i was relieved and even told her so because its was not a time i could just out of the blue come up with my $1000. Deductible and I was sorry to leep bothering them but i had to have a rough idea when to have it by. Was relieved was supposed to be done end of next week i could pay the deductible no problem and figure everything else out later. The next day she calls me my car is ready.......really I just spoke to you yesterday. I told her id see what i could do and by monday My husband had humiliated himself by asking his new boss for an advance and his boss being the type of guy he is lent us it no question even though he had just started working for the company. So we go get my car im so happy no more truck i get my car back.....until the check engine light came on. Yeah on my car with less then 50 k. I went back was sluffed off by the manager told to take it to my garage if its accident related he qill get it fixed just let him know.......reaally if it accident related its a NEW CAR and had no issues pre accident 2 days later it went back on a flatbed after overheating while idling yeah idling of a brand new car. They then took another 2 weeks to fix it totally. Even without the missed damage i was dissatisfied the garage they took it to for the mechanical repairs as they just do body work got grease all over my grey interior. I filled out the survey as was never contacted by anyone even though i specifically requested it so after 2 weeks i contacted head office myself the lady i spike with contacted the regional manager said it was si unexcptable she was so sorry blah blah blah he called over a week later said heas sorry and it was unaccptable more blah blah told me to make up for the incoveniece he was gonna send me a gas card and detail my car and he was going to get the lady i spoke to tocall me within 2 days to work everything out and that was qell over a week ago. So if you want to be lefy in the dark and have to keep going back this is the place for you me i wont ever use them again.
They helped me with insurance when my insurance company took up to 3 weeks just to get my vehicle towed there. Jamie the estimator really pushed to get the estimate complete so I didn't have to go longer without a vehicle. Thanks fixed auto for helping me with my vandalized Nissan Maxima really went above and beyond . Thank you
