Fix Auto staff were very prompt and courteous while doing damage assessments recently on my Tacoma pickup. They were very efficient in contacting my insurance adjuster and getting repairs authorized, and they had a rental vehicle waiting at the curb when I was ready to leave. When I picked up my repaired vehicle, I was very impressed with the quality of the repairs...not even a hint of the damage remained--it looked as if it had come off the showroom floor. Furthermore, the truck had been fully washed and detailed inside and out. My experience at this Fix Auto location was all I could have hoped, it helped soften the trauma of vehicle damage due to hit and run.

I am so impressed with the service I received at Fix Auto Calgary City Center! Everyone was very friendly and professional. They turned a stressful situation into a simple and positive one for me. I also loved the e-updates to keep me posted on the progress!

I won’t be returning to Fix Auto. I was getting body work done on my Jetta and they called to tell me that my insurance company was covering a rental for me and that they would coordinate with the rental company for me. When I get there for my scheduled drop-off, i expected the rental to be ready but they still hadn’t called. I waited 20 minutes for the rental to arrive then had to go back to the rental place to fill out the paper work. I didn’t realize that calling the rental company when I got there constitutes “coordinating my rental.” Additionally, when I dropped off my car. I showed them all the body work that needed to be done. They said “ok” and then I didn’t hear from them again until I picked up the car. When I arrived to pick it up, half of the body work was not done. I asked why and they said that my insurance company didn’t cover that part. I said “well it still needed to be fixed regardless, how come no one called me?” They just said sorry and said they could get me a quote. Now I have to pay out of pocket for another rental while the additional damage gets fixed. Looks like my car will be in the shop again for a week... but not with Fix auto.

I couldn't be happier. The communication was good. The work completed was good. The handling of obtaining/returning a rental car was good. They even detailed my car and buffed out a paint scuff that wasn't included in the work. They would be my first choice in the future, A+

What a fantastic place. Felt respected, considered and updated with the progress on my car without having to ask. Really appreciated Alex's knowledge and abilities, she is a gem.
