Hours online said they were open. I called 4 times to place an order, no answer. I place an order online, no confirmation. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!! Wok n Roll is way better!!! Would have ordered from them but they were closed today. Their food is yummy, good prices, good service, and only 25mins for a $100+ order
Missing one of our dishes when we got home had to drive back. Egg rolls were full of pepper. Paid extra for 2 large sweet and sour sauce 4.50 for the two got home they were not even half full. Not going back
This place is a joke I went with my gf to pick up an order that her family had orderd they already had waited an hour and a half and was told another half hour so we decided to go get it we ended up getting 15$ off the price but the lady was very rude and we had to fight to get that 15$ off if we didn’t pick it up we would of had to wait 2 hours for our order who does that ? And the place was event busy and our order was sitting there and the food was cold when we got home .
They used to be good, but we had a really bad experience with them today. I made a pretty big order, they told me it would be a little over an hour. Ended up being over an hour and a half so I was waiting nearly half an hour after getting there to pick up. Then my noodles were half cooked. When I called to complain, the girl told me it was supposed to be that way, which is not true because I order that dish frequently and it's never like that.
Really disappointed I just left with a 117$ order. Paid $13.25 for an order of chicken balls and didn’t get any sweet and sour sauce , who eats chicken balls without the sweet and sour sauce . Called to complain and they didn’t seem to care. From now on I’ll take my 100 dollar orders to wok and roll down the road
Waste of Money and Time!! They are not the same! I was in there today for take out and got home to find out there is barely any noodles in the Cantonese Chow Mien! They were rude when I told them and they said it has always been the same, this is lie! I spent $70 and there was other issues! This is not worth your money for time!!!!!!!
I was so disappointed on Friday. Everything was overcooked. It tasted like it was cooked in fish oil. I spent 70 bucks for a bunch of garbage. Prices went way up. It will be the last time I go there.
I went today, the lunch menu said 7.99 which included an egg roll. I walked out paying $14.99 for the same meal. Egg roll is now extra. To be fair, I paid an extra $1 to switch from rice to noodles but even $13 for the same meal was ridiculous. Owner said it was because of the price of oil. So imagine how unimpressed I was to get home and find a table spoon of oil at the bottom of my egg roll bag. The rest of the meal was NOT impressive. Won't be returning, better quality food elsewhere for that price.
We were hesitant to order from here based on some negative reviews however we decided to give it a try and were pleasantly surprised. We got huge portions, food was hot and fresh. Meat quality was actually pretty good. We ordered combo platters that included sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, beef with vegetables, chicken fried rice, chow mein and spring rolls. Would definitely order again. The guy at the front counter who we dealt with was nice and friendly, no complaints there.
We recently ordered a few dishes from here with no expectations and having not read any reviews. The food was really really good. Food was hot, flavorful and loaded with meat in each dish. This will definitely be our go to place to eat Asian food. Great service.
