The first time I went to this spa in West Vancouver because I tried so many spas in North Vancouver but I’m not comfortable and the rooms are not pretty and the smelling is not good. That’s why I look for the spas is in West Van and also I tried some spas but my favourite spa is Five Oceans Spa. Because this spa is so beautiful, clean and customer service is good. I really recommend u come to here and enjoy.

Excellent service and good price !!!! It's first time I came there for massage  and I'm so relaxed because this place is clean, comfortable. But also the staffs are young, pretty and very friendly not only they have good skilled. Honestly this place is the best in town!!!!

What a disappointment.  We had facials booked today, Mothers Day, only to arrive and be told no one can do it because they called in sick.  I understand people get sick, but a phonecall would have been considerate.  I would never bother trying there again. Poor customer service.
