I had a gift card for here from about 4 years ago and they honored it. I would not have went in here if I did not have the card but was very impressed with the outcome of my facial and the staff were very nice. It really is great and I plan to go here more.
My favourite facial in the city. I have really sensitive skin and even the premium brands like eminence leave my face broken out and awful- skoah has saved my skin. 100% would recommend to anyone and everyone and I LOVE how I can buy the products and take them home.
I was late for my appointment - despite this being MY error, the Skoah staff and owner took it upon themselves to rearrange my facial so I had the best possible experience within the limited amount of time I had remaining. Highly recommend - considerate, pleasant and customer service oriented.
I had a great experience in the store both during my facial and afterwards with the staff!
