Food was good, smelled like grease and oil, the person that served me and my grandma was super sweet, very busy. Overall decent experience and the poutine was really tasty, maybe not healthy but just don't think about that part

Been to five guys many times but first time at this location.nThey have a large seating area with lots of tables.nStaff that took our order was friendly and quick.nWe had both regular and Cajun fries.n*FYI for anyone who hasn't been before a large french fry is massive. We split it between 3 people and it was almost too much to finish.*nWe all ordered lettuce wraps with our burgers.nEverything in our order was correct and delicious.nThere were a few people ahead of us but we didn't wait long for our food.nDefinitely a great place for a good burger and fries. Highly recommend if you haven't gone here before.

Had a great meal at Five Guys in Kingston with my wife and friends. We ordered a burger, mini burger, and fries. Burgers were flavorful, moist, and clearly made with care and accuracy, just as we’ve come to expect from Five Guys.nnThe dine-in area was clean, and we easily found a table. Staff were friendly, efficient, and kept things moving smoothly even during a busy time.nnAlways appreciate the consistency and quality here. Our reliable spot for a satisfying and casual burger experience.

I personally really like five guys, it’s real ingredients and you get good portion for the price.nnI always end up getting the BLT and modify it and they are always so accommodating. There is always plenty of seating and the atmosphere is very true to its theme.nnI love the free offering of peanuts, overall it’s a great place to order out or dine in. It’s about $10-$20 per person for a meal but it’s well worth it for real ingredients and real food.

Been going to five guys for years… the last 3 times the fries have been undercooked tasting like actual potatoes instead of fries. I went today 2025/07/30 and the fries are perfectly cooked. Shoutout to the guy working around 430pm with the red hair and beard and tattoos. The fries you were cooking are perfect!!!
