I think they need better training for their employees cause I have only dealt with one of them who always knew what to do and the others have attitudes

Edit:has gotten better sense and the only issue I have now is it doesn't seem like there is always enough people there to handle to lines

After waiting in line for 20 minutes, the woman at the counter told me she couldn't help me and had an attitude about it. Will never go there again. Worst experience ever.
