I never dreamed I would actually enjoy exercising!! The instructors are so encouraging & take time to teach proper technique.  I highly recommend this class!!

Great place, great environment and great instructors. If you're looking for an original and fun way to work out, then you should definitely try this! I love working out but I hate going to the gym, this classes are lots of fun!.All instructors have great energy and are always super motivating and keep us engaged and working hard. I really enjoy going to do kickboxing classes at this place!

Fantastic and fun workout!!  Intense program that burns fat and builds muscle.  Geared for anyone!!  Great staff, energetic and knowledgable!!!

Great program! Not only is it an intense fat burning workout but it's also fun! The trainers push you to bring out your best. I highly recommend the class to anyone!
