I go to Fitness First since 2014. I love the fact that they have a swimming pool. The gym is also always innovating and acquiring the latest techs and equipment in fitness. Trainers are good and the front desk is normally exceptional. My only complaint but a big one!! is that they cancelled Kinderbetreuung child care and I'm not allowed to bring my baby with me. This makes almost impossible for me to train I have a 3 month old. That is a bit disappointing. Otherwise, I super recommend.
After checking the different gyms in this city Dresden, I would like to recommend anyone to enjoy the sport in the best gym in the city. Actually all people can speak up English which is important for the international people and one if the biggest advantage is that their equipments are almost new and modern. Trainers, especially Paul who is my trainer, always is helpful and try to motivate me to catch the target. The other point that I figured out is the application of the Fitnessfirst is helpful and daily you can manage and control your training. Highly recommended to anyone
I have a pleasant experience with FitnessFirst Dresden studio. Trainers especially my personal trainer Marius and the facilities are good. I frequently attend their fitness courses which are exceptionally good in terms of instruction and diversity. Trainers speak english and for a non german speaker like me its a relief. I highly recommend this fitness studio.
All about this gym is great: the spa area, the workout equipment, the space, their classes, the cleanliness… The only thing I wished for would be for them to open a second one on the other side of town - Newtown or Blasewitz.
Very kind and helpful staff in FitnessFirst Dresden will teach you everything in detail and after the first meeting you will feel like you have been training here for a long time. Totally recommend
The staff is amazing. There are lot of class offers and machines. The sauna is nice but since a while they close it earlier.
The crew is very smart and are good at informing you about everything. Thye helped us a lot and we were able to confidently start our journey in the gym. Highly recommend
This is a nice gym, friendly staff,pool,sauna dry and wet male/female and unisex, there is also a relaxing area and you can request a massage or personal training it reminds me more of a spa with so many things to choose from.

It's long enough experience for me to write a review, after more than 6 months, this club is very good. Nothing is perfect but we are not living in a perfect world. I like the equipment in the gym, sauna/steam bath is very good as well. I've never had a bad experience here unlike the other reviewers. Lot of trainers, guys at the reception are always greeting and smiling when we make the eye contact. I like it. They show that they know I'm here. I lack a knowledge of German language but thats my bad. I would appreciate more info in English about changes or which trainer does speaks in English etc. I can't ask for it as dont know how to say it in German :-D Anyway, I like the club. The cleanliness is moderate/ good during the peak hourscould be better in the eyes of a client unmanageable during this time otherwise its very good. I've never had a problem to do my workout even during the peak hours. Its full like every gym but still possible to do what you need. Showers are good too. Two saunas, one steam bath, all very goodrarely crowded. I'm very pleased by this club and I would definitely recommend it :- I give 5* only to the places I really like and I like it here :-
